5.填表申请

6.等email,有些需要激活。

这几句话是同一个意思
是问你打算操作什么类型的任务
你可以写我打算操作下载类型，保险类型，教育类型等等

你打算怎样推广我们的任务

这里network是你自己找的联盟

大家可以在http://www.affiliatepaying.com/找，找稍微靠前点的联盟

比如Clickbooth.com, Linkshare这些，然后把对应的经理名字填上。

这个一般联盟不会真的去问那个联盟经理的

除非刚好他认识
